Santosh Pednekar — Co-Founder & Operations Head, SUE Classes
Santosh Pednekar is the Co-Founder and Operations Head of SUE Classes. He holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and Mathematics from Pune University and brings a strong combination of technical expertise, academic understanding, and organizational leadership to the institution.
As the Operations Head, he plays a major role in managing the day-to-day operations, branch coordination, academic scheduling, student management, faculty coordination, systems, and overall operational planning of SUE Classes.
His focus is on building efficient systems and processes that support the smooth functioning and continuous growth of SUE Classes while maintaining a student-focused and well-organized learning environment.

Satish Walke — Co-Founder & Academic Head, SUE Classes
Satish Walke is the Co-Founder and Academic Head of SUE Classes. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Pune University and has more than 10 years of teaching experience, specializing in Mathematics for Classes 11th and 12th, JEE, and competitive examinations.
At SUE Classes, he plays a key role in academic planning and curriculum management. As Academic Head, he is responsible for syllabus structure, academic planning, teaching methodology, faculty coordination, and maintaining academic standards across programs.
His strong subject expertise and extensive teaching experience contribute to building a structured, result-oriented learning environment for students preparing for Board examinations, JEE, and other competitive exams.
Sandesh Rathod

Sandesh Rathod — Co-Founder & Exam Head, SUE Classes
Sandesh Rathod is the Co-Founder and Exam Head of SUE Classes. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Pune University and has expertise in teaching Mathematics for Classes 11th and 12th, with a specialized focus on JEE preparation.
As the Exam Head, he plays a major role in designing and managing the examination system at SUE Classes, including test planning, question paper preparation, test series, performance analysis, and academic assessments.
His strong command of 11th & 12th JEE Mathematics, combined with his focus on systematic assessment, helps students strengthen their conceptual understanding, improve problem-solving skills, and prepare effectively for JEE and Board examinations.
About SUE Classes — Our Journey
SUE Classes is the result of a long-standing friendship, shared vision, and passion for education of three co-founders — Santosh Pednekar, Satish Walke, and Sandesh Rathod.
Where It All Started
The journey of the three founders began in 2013, when they met during their Bachelor’s degree at the same college. What started as a college friendship gradually developed into a strong professional relationship built on trust, shared interests, and a common vision for the future.
After completing their Bachelor’s degree, their journey took another interesting turn. All three were admitted to Pune University in the Mathematics Department, continuing their higher education under the same academic environment.

Santosh Pednekar pursued his M.Tech, combining his interests in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Even after completing their Master’s degrees, their friendship remained stronger than ever.
The Beginning of SUE Tutor
During his M.Tech, Santosh Pednekar was working on a project to develop a website related to education and home tutoring. This project eventually evolved into an idea that would become S Unit Education, now known as SUE Tutor.
Santosh shared the idea with Satish and Sandesh, and the three friends decided to come together and transform the concept into a professional education platform.
This marked the beginning of the S Unit Education journey.
For the first year, the three founders focused primarily on developing and expanding SUE Tutor, creating a platform connecting students and tutors and providing home-tutoring solutions.
From Online Platform to SUE Classes
After gaining experience through SUE Tutor, the founders wanted to create a more direct and structured learning environment where students could learn together under experienced faculty.
In January 2020, they took the next major step and launched SUE Classes, beginning a new chapter in their educational journey with their first offline centre at Old Sangvi, Pune.
The vision was simple:
To provide quality education, experienced faculty, structured academic planning, regular assessment, and personal attention to students.
Expanding Across Pune
The journey continued with the expansion of SUE Classes:

2020 — First branch opened at Old Sangvi

2021 — Second branch opened at Baner

2022 — New branches opened at Balaji Nagar and Pimple Gurav

Later, due to changing circumstances, the Baner and Balaji Nagar branches were closed

2025 — New branch opened at Rahatani

2026 — New branch opened at Wakad
Today, SUE Classes operates four offline centres in Pune, supported by SUE Tutor, our home-tutoring and online tutoring platform.

Satish Walke — Co-Founder & Academic Head
M.Sc. in Mathematics from Pune University, with extensive experience in 11th & 12th Mathematics and JEE Mathematics, leading syllabus structure and academic planning.
Sandesh Rathod — Co-Founder & Exam Head
M.Sc. in Mathematics from Pune University, specializing in 11th & 12th and JEE Mathematics, leading examination planning, assessments, test series, and performance evaluation.
Our Journey Continues
From three college friends meeting in 2013 to building an education organization with SUE Tutor and four offline SUE Classes centres, the journey has been built step by step.
What began as a friendship became an idea.
That idea became a platform.
The platform became an institution.
And the institution continues to grow with the same purpose:
